Travelling from the UK to Antalya for dental treatment
Flights, arrival, transfers, accommodation and companions: what we arrange, what you arrange, and what to check before you go.
You book your flights to Antalya Airport (AYT) and send us the details. From there we take over the ground arrangements: a private transfer from the terminal exit, your accommodation if your package includes it, and every ride between your hotel and the clinic. Surgical dental trips generally require four to five nights, as advised by the treating surgeon; cosmetic dental trips are planned for seven nights.
Flights
Several UK airports offer flights to Antalya. You book your own flights; once you have them, send us the flight numbers and times. We monitor the flight details you give us and adapt your pickup to delays and late-night arrivals, with no extra delay or night fee for included pickups.
Arrival and transfers
- A member of our team meets you at the terminal exit and escorts you to the driver’s vehicle in the airport parking area; the driver waits in the car.
- Rides are private to you and your travelling party and are never shared with other patients.
- Pickup details are sent by email and WhatsApp, with reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes before pickup.
- Transfers between your accommodation and the clinic are included in every option, including treatment-only trips.
Accommodation options
Treatment only
Private transfers included; you arrange your own accommodation. Transfer coverage depends on your hotel being close enough for the arrangements, so tell us the hotel name and location and our booking team will check it with you.
Hotel-inclusive
3–4-star bed-and-breakfast accommodation for the patient, with private transfers. All-inclusive and ultra-all-inclusive hotel options are also available.
Own accommodation discount
If you prefer to book independently you receive an own-accommodation booking discount.
Companions
Companions ride in your private transfers free of charge. Accommodation charges for companions vary by season and hotel; occasional shared-room offers may include a companion at no accommodation charge, but this is not a permanent entitlement.
Extras, deposits and cancellation
- Extra nights, room upgrades and late checkout are extras. Complimentary late checkout may occasionally be arranged, subject to the hotel; it cannot be promised.
- No deposit and no advance payment for your treatment. If you choose an all-inclusive hotel, the hotel may ask for a booking deposit — we tell you before you confirm. Our booking team confirms the hotel’s cancellation terms before you confirm.
Before you travel
- Check current entry requirements for Türkiye on gov.uk and make sure your passport meets them.
- Arrange travel insurance and check what it says about treatment abroad.
- Bring your written treatment plan, any recent X-rays and a list of your medication.
- Plan your trip length around the nights in your personalised package; trip length is a planning figure, not a promise that healing is complete when you fly home.
