Who we are
New Look Smile is a patient-coordination service based in Türkiye, authorised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health as an international health-tourism intermediary. We organise dental treatment journeys to Antalya for patients from the United Kingdom and other countries. We are not a dental practice: treatment is planned and carried out by the licensed clinicians of an independent partner clinic in Antalya.
What we do
- Answer your questions and explain the process honestly, including the risks and the limits of what we can promise.
- Collect the information the clinician needs and arrange your clinical assessment.
- Prepare your personalised quote from the clinician’s written plan, with inclusions and exclusions stated plainly.
- Arrange private transfers, accommodation options and the practical side of your trip.
- Stay your point of contact before, during and after treatment.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose, plan or perform treatment, and we do not give clinical advice.
- We do not run UK clinics or claim UK premises. Where a UK-based option exists for your case, we will tell you what it is and who provides it.
- We do not use pressure tactics, fake scarcity or exaggerated transformations.
How we work with clinics
We work with licensed partner clinics in Antalya. The clinic and its clinicians are responsible for your clinical care; we are responsible for coordination, communication and the practical arrangements. The identity of your treating clinician is always available to you before you decide, and it appears in your written plan.
