What happens after you send a request

  1. A member of our coordination team contacts you by your preferred method to understand your goals, timing and any questions.
  2. Send your smile photos and any recent X-rays on WhatsApp — that is all the clinician needs to start. Prefer email? That works too.
  3. The clinician reviews your case and, if a plan can be proposed at this stage, issues a written treatment plan.
  4. You receive a personalised quote in pounds sterling with inclusions, exclusions, trips, nights, transfers and accommodation stated plainly.
  5. You take your time, ask questions and decide.

What to include

  • What you would like to change about your teeth, in your own words.
  • Roughly when you could travel and whether anyone would travel with you.
  • Whether you have a recent X-ray or panoramic scan from your UK dentist.
  • Anything you already know about your dental history that a clinician should be aware of.

Your photographs and X-rays

Smile photographs and X-rays are health information. We ask for them only so that the treating clinician can assess suitability, we share them only with the partner clinic for that purpose, and we use them with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. They are never used for marketing without a separate, specific permission from you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
